People are essential to the success of businesses. Companies are closely connected with their stakeholders, employees, the communities they operate in, and consumers. But how can businesses better understand these relationships and their value? And how can they incorporate this understanding into their decision-making to build stronger, more resilient relationships, enhance the well-being of those involved, and also improve financial performance?
To support companies in this, we have been commissioned by the Capitals Coalition to develop an online training course on social and human capital in collaboration with The Business Commission to Tackle Inequality and Social Value International.
We tested the training in April with over 50 professionals, including subject matter experts and business professionals from various market sectors around the world. In the coming weeks, we will use their feedback to refine the training, ensuring it better aligns with the target audience: businesses and other organizations that want to understand and value their relationships with people and society and incorporate this understanding into their decision-making.
The training will be launched on July 21 at 14:00 (CET) and will be available for free from that moment. During the webinar, we will provide an overview of the training and discuss with various experts and business professionals the importance of human and social capital for a strong, inclusive society and future-proof businesses.
