Aura is the new intern who joined our Nature^Squared team this July! She has a background in environmental science and is currently finishing her master’s degree in Forest and Nature Conservation at Wageningen University and Research. With a passion for landscape restoration and regenerative agriculture, she is extremely happy and excited to work on the improvement and further development of Greener.LAND. Greener.LAND is an open-source online tool that helps farmers and landscape professionals around the world to choose the most effective intervention to restore and regreen their land. Aura will conduct research to expand the range of restoration interventions and optimise the tool for easier and more efficient use, with the ultimate goal to improve the connection between people and nature and to support the regreening of our planet. When she is not researching landscape restoration practices at the office, she likes to play volleyball and lacrosse and do salsa dancing!
