In collaboration with our partners at Justdiggit, we have developed the Greener.land app. With this app, farmers and NGOs can easily access an overview of various landscape restoration measures that have a positive impact on biodiversity and the quality of the landscape, all from their mobile phones. Like the Greener.land website, the app is designed to only suggest measures that are suitable for the specified landscape and align with the user’s preferences. The measures are presented in detail and come with step-by-step instructions, making them easy to follow and implement in practice.
The app was presented on September 17th during the GLF AFRICA 2024: Greening The African Horizon in Nairobi, Kenya. Justdiggit held live demonstrations of the app during this conference. The app is now available for download on Google Play and can be pre-ordered for the App Store (coming online soon).
