On April 23 LEADER Weidse Veenweiden and LEADER Utrecht-Oost organized a webinar on the role that Tiny Houses and Tiny Villages can play within the rural areas of Utrecht rural areas.
We were invited to speak on the possibilities of Tiny Houses and nature development that are being investigated as part of Testlab Klein Wonen en Nieuw Bos and to share our results and experiences so far. The session had a high attendance. Over sixty people turned up, among them project initiators and policy makers at municipality and provincial level. It became apparent that there is great interest in tiny house development and that there is an ongoing search for potential win-win-win outcomes.
After this webinar, various project initiators and municipalities have reached out to get a better understanding of how the Testlab can benefit them. To be continued!
